Room available in 3BD 2.5BA townhouse in Gunn school district

My husband and I are looking to sublet out one of the rooms in our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. One of our roommates will be moving out on Aug 9th, so the room is available after then. The closest cross-street that we're located to is San Antonio and E. Charleston which is really close to a bunch of things, e.g. - the San Antonio Caltrain station - Gunn Highschool - Google - Intuit - Microsoft - Stanford - Safeway, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods - Wal-mart, Target, etc. My husband and I are in our late 20's. We're both graduates of the University of Waterloo and are both working full time. Jason is a computer engineer, and I'm an applied math major. We have a super friendly cat, but are not allowing any other pets. Also, no smokers please. Rent is $850/mth and it includes water and garbage. Fiber internet and gas/electricity are extra, but you'd only pay a third of these bills as you'll be splitting it with Jason and I.

Master Bedroom Available

The living room and kitchen are connected, giving the place a spacious feel. The place is moderately furnished with couches, a flat screen TV, and a dining room table. We have our own washer/dryer downstairs and parking is always a breeze in this quiet neighborhood. This is a three bedroom house, you would get the master bedroom with a private bathroom. We are about 7 minute drive to DC BART, 280/101 Freeways, City College, SF State, borderline of San Fran, and Mission District, WestLake. We are: 1 girl/1 guy : full time professionals in our early twenties. We like to hang out, cook, drink and relax. We'll have an occasional party or people over and don't mind if you do too. Both have busy, productive lives but enjoy an overall relaxed lifestyle. We are looking for :Guys/Gals roughly around our age (20s), who are fun-loving individuals and are responsible. You should be able to clean up yourself and pay the rent on time; but also become a part of our household.
